Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of any of our products, send it back for a replacement-NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Please call the number above if you experience any problems with your order.
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we don’t offer returns on engraved or personalized items. HOWEVER, we will be happy to assist you in any way if there is a problem with the quality of the item or if there is a misprint.
Shipping and Handling
All of our items are shipped directly from the factory. As a result, each item in your order may be shipped separately and are priced per item. We charge flat shipping for collars/leashes and id tags. Personalized/engraved items ship in 5-7 days after your order is submitted.

We hate spammers and we vow never to use or sell your information to a third party. Additionally, your payments are processed through PayPal and their secure, trusted servers and we never have access to your credit card information.
